Welcome to Card2Cash! These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Card2Cash, a registered startup under Skill India and Rojgar Yojna. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility
To become a Card2Cash partner, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and bank account details.
- Complete video KYC and all required documentation.
3. Partner’s Responsibilities
As a partner, you agree to:
- Process rent payments using customer credit card details in a secure and timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Ensure that the funds are transferred to the customer’s account as agreed, after deducting your commission.
- Use only your personal bank account for transactions.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your partnership.
4. Payments and Commissions
- Partners earn ₹800 commission per successful transaction, which is pre-tax.
- All payments are processed through rent payment apps like PhonePe or NoBroker.
- You are responsible for handling taxes, if applicable, based on your total savings.
5. Security and Compliance
- Card2Cash implements strict security measures to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
- You must take all necessary precautions to protect your personal bank account and login information.
- Card2Cash reserves the right to terminate the partnership if fraudulent activity is detected.
6. Termination
Card2Cash reserves the right to terminate your account immediately if:
- You are involved in fraudulent activities.
- You fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
- You breach any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Liability
Card2Cash will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal processes in India.
9. Changes to Terms
Card2Cash reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
